For the past four years, I have led an Open Studios event within the Innovative Media Research & Commercialization Center (IMRC) and Stewart Commons at the University of Maine. This annual event gives New Media and Art dept. undergraduate students and Intermedia MFA students the opportunity to share their work with each other, their faculty and their peers around the community. This event has also served as a new bridge between the Art dept. and the New Media / Intermedia programs which all share the IMRC / Stewart Commons building.
