A multi-media, site-specific installation on the surface of Lake Eden at the original site of Black Mountain college in Black Mountain NC. This was created for the inaugural {Re}HAPPENING event by Gene Felice & Megan Mckissack. We projected various mixes of imagery from past Black Mountain College artists and the BMCM archive, blended with present-images of Lake Eden and its surrounding grounds. Via a live, video mix during the event, we also blended in live footage of I-Ching castings that determined the length and thematic content of the imagery. Video was projected onto 7 weather balloons, anchored to the surface of the lake, placed by hand via canoes.
