One of the best weekends of my life, was heading to Art Outside in the enchanted forest of Austin TX. This amazing art space / hobo haven invited a group of 8 artists to ride cross country from Ohio to North Carolina to Austin, in about 14 hours flat. A weekend of site-specific creation ensued, tapping into all of the materials and equipment that Art Outside had onsite, as well as a Astro van full of electronic gadgetry that we brought along. Overall we had a great time, created a couple of awesome multi-media installations, Rocked the P2 (pedal power) cycle and supported some great performances for Danzo and Queen Mae and the Bells.
